About Our Web Design Packages & Processes

If you have an existing website that you want me to redesign, provide the URL (e.g., https://wpwheelie.com.au.au).

Our initial Zoom meeting is free and gives us a chance to better understand your business, as well as your goals and ideas about your website.

We then prepare, a no-obligation quote to design your site.

Our standard terms involve a 50% deposit before we start work. The balance is then payable when we have reworked the draft site based on your feedback. We launch your live site once we have received payment.

You will need to pay for:

  • A domain name
  • Website hosting
  • Premium plugins (annual subscription)

Owning a website is like owning a car because you must also maintain it. And, just like with a car, you can use your own expertise and time to do this.

Or you can purchase a monthly maintenance plan and let us do it for you. These plans include the cost of hosting and premium plugins can be bundled in as well – so just one monthly bill.

We will give you an estimated start and completion date with your quote.

The most common delay happens because our clients don’t always have their content prepared. Content includes words, images, etc.

Yes! We are here to help. Just ask, and we will tell you the price and terms for your specific request.

Most of our clients write their own content in a Microsoft Word document or similar.

We style the content and offer light editing.

We can put you in touch with some great copywriters if you prefer someone else to write your content.

The short answer is yes. But they cost a lot of money. Most of our clients use a mix of professional photos, stock photos, and photos they have taken themselves.

We chose to specialise so that we are experts in our field. We chose to specialise in WordPress as it is flexible enough to meet the different needs of different clients.

We will ask you questions about your business, as well as about your goals and ideas for your website.
